Official opening at the Opera House & welcome reception (light meal) on Sunday 17 August, admission to all scientific sessions and technical exhibition, conference material, lunch, coffee/tea breaks, entrance to the Tivoli Gardens (see General Information for further information), transportation pass (se General Information for further information), and the Gala Dinner at the Wallmans Saloons.
The following items are included in the student’s registration fee:
Official opening at the Opera House & welcome reception (light meal) on Sunday 17 August, admission to all scientific sessions and technical exhibition, conference material, lunch, coffee/tea breaks, entrance to the Tivoli Gardens (see General Information for further information), transportation pass (se General Information for further information), and Students Night at DTU. (Gala Dinner not included)
The following items are included in the accompanying persons’ fee:

On-site Registration:
Registration made after 1 August 2008 will be considered as on-site registration and consequently a minor delay at the registration desk in connection with issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts must be anticipated.
Final Registration:
Participants must register at the Registration/Hospitality desk upon arrival at the Conference (see opening hours below). Please remember to bring your letter of confirmation on participation.

Payment
Payment must be made within 2 weeks after the registration in Danish Kroner (DKK) to the order of Indoor Air 2008, c/o DIS Congress Service Copenhagen A/S and remitted as follows:
- by bankers’ draft or cheque payable to Danske Bank, Frederiksberggade 1,

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state Indoor and participant’s name on all money transfers to the Congress Bureau.
Terms and conditions
Confirmation:
If the Congress Bureau receives the completed registration form before 1 August 2008, written confirmation of registration will be emailed to the Conference participant upon receipt of registration fees. All registrations received after 1 August will be processed on site and will not release a written confirmation. Registration made after 1 August may lead to minor delays at the registration desk in connection with the issuing of documentation and settlement of accounts. Please remember to bring your proof of payment for presentation upon request.
It is your personal responsibility that all details such as address, booked events, number of tickets, hotel reservation, date of arrival and departure, etc. are in accordance to your wishes. We therefore strongly recommend that you read and check the letter of confirmation of registration carefully to avoid errors. In the event of any error in the confirmed, please contact DIS Congress Service in writing immediately.
In the event that DIS Congress Service has not received your full payment for the Congress fee and/or related events/tours before 1 August, ordered events/tours inclusive free events may be cancelled without any further notice. The cancelled events/tours can be re-booked and paid on-site if space is available.
Cancellation Policy (a written request is mandatory):
Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference or any associated events will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of DKK 500 (accompanying persons DKK 200) provided that written notice of non-attendance (by letter, fax or email) is received by the Congress Bureau before 1 June 2008. If cancellation is made between 1 June and 1 August 50% of the fees will be refunded less the processing fee. If cancellation is made after 1 August no refund of fee can be expected. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
