CANAL TOUR – 1 hour (Sunday, 17 August 15:00-16:00 hrs.):
The Canal Tour takes you through new and old Copenhagen. The guides will tell you about the main sights and the most interesting moments in Copenhagen’s history. Touring the old canals is one of the biggest tourist attractions and a lovely experience. The Canal boat departs from Amaliehaven (Amalie Garden) on the harbour side.
Price per person DKK 40,- (Approx. 5.5 EUR)
This tour ends at The Opera House where registration will take place.
WELCOME RECEPTION (Sunday, 17 August):
The registration, opening session and welcome reception will take place in the Opera House, the evening to be concluded/ by a performance by the Royal Opera and Ballet.
STUDENT’S NIGHT (Monday, 18 August):
A special student’s night will take place at DTU. This will be a unique opportunity for students to meet old friends and make new ones.
HALTON INDOOR ENVIRONMENT CLUB (Monday, 18 August) - By invitation only:
Halton's legendary Indoor Environment Club is organised in Vega Club in Copenhagen. The night will be a musical blend of rhythm & blues and soul from James Brown celebrating good indoor environments.
INDOORS GO OUT (Wednesday, 20 August):
The afternoon is reserved for the Indoor Air 2008 Olympic Games.
RECEPTION AT THE COPENHAGEN TOWN HALL (Wednesday, 20 August):
A Town Hall reception will be held parallel with the chairs dinner for the first 600 people, who at the online registration for the conference indicate their interest.
TIVOLI GARDENS (Wednesday, 20 August):
Everyone is encouraged to enjoy the beautiful garden of Tivoli this evening.
CONFERENCE DINNER (Thursday, 21 August):
The Conference Dinner will take place downtown Copenhagen in Wallmans Saloons in the traditional circus building. While you are enjoying a 4 meal exquisite menu, the artists will perform on different stages in the restaurant. (Not included in student registration)
