ATM (Cash dispenser):
An ATM machine is located in connection to/with all bank branches. You can draw cash using most major international credit cards. (An ATM machine is located at Building 101A at the Technical University of Denmark.)
Banks:
Normal banking hours are from 09:30 to 16:00 hrs Monday through Friday. On Thursday banking hours are extended to 18:00 hrs. Extended banking facilities are available at Copenhagen Central Railway Station 7 days/week between 07:00 and 21:00 hrs. Exchange of major international currencies can be made. There are automatic cash dispensers, usually located in connection with a bank branch, which accept a variety of international credit cards. The cards accepted are indicated on the dispenser.
Breaks – water and coffee (included in your registration):
Ice water is available from water dispensers that are located throughout the venue.
Coffee and tea will be available throughout the day and the serving will take place in the Exhibition area and the area next to the parallel sessions.
Changes:
The Organizers reserve the right to adjust or change the program as necessary.
Climate:
The weather in Denmark in August is normally very pleasant, usually sunny. However, on occasion an umbrella may be useful. Daytime average temperature is around 22°C, evening temperature around 14°C. More information about the weather in Denmark can be found here.
Cloak Room:
Unmanned cloak room is located in the Lobby and will be open during the Conference.
Electricity:
Electricity is supplied at 220 volts A/C, 50 Hz cycle.

Handicap information:
All restrooms at the venue are handicap friendly and are accessible to wheelchair.
Internet:
Wireless internet access is available free of charge.
Internet is available free of charge in a data bar located next to the area of the parallel sessions.
Language:
The official Conference language is English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided during the sessions.
Liability and Insurance:
Neither the Organizers (Indoor Air 2008) nor the Congress Bureau will assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.
Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health insurance.
Local Transportation upon Arrival:

A railway from Copenhagen Airport lets you catch a direct train every 10 minutes to Copenhagen Central Railway Station. You can find this connection on the ground floor in Terminal 3. The train takes you to Copenhagen Central Railway Station in just 12 minutes. The cost is DKK 18, and the ticket can be purchased in Terminal 3 in the airport building.

A metro from Copenhagen Airport will open 28 September 2007. The centre of Copenhagen can then be reached in 14 minutes. You can find this connection on the ground floor in Terminal 3. The cost is DKK 18, and the ticket can be purchased in Terminal 3 in the airport building.

A taxi from the airport to the city centre cost approx. DKK 250 (no extra charges for suitcases). Most of the official conference hotels are located in the city centre.

Transportation during Indoor Air 2008:
You are able free of charge to make use of all bus lines, habour buses, S-trains, R-trains, and the Metro within the Greater Copenhagen area 18 August through 23 August on the Transportation Pass / Copenhagen Card, which you will receive in your registration kit. Students will receive a card valid for 10 trips in the Greater Copenhagen Area.
